Abstract
In modern Armenia, homophobic attitudes prevail, supported by state ignorance
about prejudice against LGBTQIA+ people, hate speech propagated by executives, church
representatives and public intolerance. Marginalised groups experience regular verbal,
physical and sexual harassment, family violence and police threats, violating their
fundamental rights
