dc.description.abstractWhy are child-accessible rulings well intended but ineffective substitutions of a legal judgment? Child-accessible justice needs to consider the neurocognitive traits that are obstacles to justice for children. Ignoring these traits results in child-friendly ‘simulated’ justice.
